So when I'm on a day I want to just immerse myself and not worry about those bosses, let me easily toggle off the notifications/sounds without having to remove and re-add later the events I usually follow. On the favorites/following screen, I would have a simpel toggle button to enable/disable sound alarm. follow mode 1 (my server) > follow mode 2 (all servers) > unfollow). Optionally as others mentioned, you may want to be able to follow "on my server" or "on all servers" (perhaps a 3 state follow button? eg. world warfare or test your skills against other players in PvP arenas. Player Action - Take up arms in epic world vs. So for example I would follow "Golem Mark II" because I like this boss fight :) And if I need some Grenth karma armor I would follow the associated Temple events. An Innovative Combat System - Featuring amazing skills, combos, improvisational tactics, and environmental weapons, the Guild Wars 2 combat system puts the fun back in MMO battles. Allow searching through events, and/or from a list of world bosses, or some other thematic lists, tap/click hearts to favorite/unfavorite, or "follow", "unfollow" and then have an easily accesible list of things I follow. I think the simple "favorite" mechanic you have on many web apps would work well for this. So TLDR, I think being able to track only a select few events would be a great feature, that would enhance the game for me, instead of taking away from it. Now that's just me, but these apps are draining away the fun of the game that I experienced when I first started playing it. I enjoy some bosses regardless of the loot, I quite like the Golem Mark II for some reason, but I don't want to have an alarm bell for every world boss and feel like I am missing out on things or feeling addicted to jumping from one boss to the next and spending much of my time between a browser/app and the game.
